Used oil is processed to remove contaminants utilizing a patented microwave technology. The oil phase is repurposed into asphalt. The water phase is released to the local POTW. Solid phase becomes our waste byproduct from the recycling process which we later send to a permitted facility for final disposal.

Antifreeze is accumulated into bulk tanks at the facility. Once an appropriate amount is reached, it is sent to one of our antifreeze recycling partners that are able to process it in order for it to return into the marketplace.

Used oil filters can be accumulated on-site in either the traditional 55 gallon drums or our specially designed 2 cubic yard metal bins. The filters themselves are drained of oil, the metal components are sent for recovery and the plastic/fluff components are burned for fuel value.

Oily rags and absorbents also have a beneficial fuel value that can also be utilized in the process of making cement instead of taking up space in a landfill.

Liquid/sludge phases are processed in a centrifuge to removed solids. Then the oil and water are separated utilizing a patented technology. The water phase is released to the local POTW. The oil phase is sold into the local fuel market. Solid phase is treated to meet all regulated requirements before being shipped to permitted landfill.

Drums, pails and cans of all types of paint waste are received at our facility as Universal Waste. Each of these various items are inspected, segregated, and bulked up before being send to the appropriate destination for thermal destruction.
