| Environmental Evolutions National began operations in 2005 as a bulk materials and hazardous waste transporter, primarily operating in Texas and the surrounding states. Since 2005, our transportation business has grown significantly, and we remain dedicated to providing timely service coupled with knowledgeable drivers who do not compromise on safety. As relationships matured with our clients and we built a positive track record our performance and value was recognized. Consequently in 2007, we expanded our service offering to include environmental remediation.

We combine our technical knowledge base with a common sense approach to efficiently manage both small jobs and complex, multi-million dollar projects. In 2009, we answered our customers calls for a cost-effective bin cleaning facility with our subsidiary Clean Management, Inc., offering the capabilities to clean frac tanks and roll-offs as well as vacuum and sludge boxes. This facility also cleans, inspects and pressure tests totes for a number of different clients. In addition, we have the capability to inspect and repair roll-off boxes and frac tanks at our customer’s request. In 2011, we expanded our services to provide solutions to the oil and gas industry. We have crews and equipment available 24/7 to provide turnkey environmental services. From a simple project such as providing a vac-truck to a large-scale remediation project, we have the capability to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
